Lasting success doesn’t come from willpower alone—it’s built on the right foundation.
At A.B.L.E Coaching, we ground our work in three powerful pillars that unlock real change…
EF Education
Parenting success starts with understanding how your child’s unique brain works, including the executive functions (EF) that will set them up for success.
Skills Building
Building on the understanding of how your child’s brain operates, learn how to develop your child’s executive functions to bring more calm and consistency at home and in school.
Life Coaching
When you align with your strengths, values, and goals you can confidently guide your child, and your family, toward long-term success.
When parents gain clarity, strategies, and support, they not only help their child thrive today, but also lay the foundation for long-term success and confidence.

Hi, I’m Kristine. I received my ADHD coach training from the ADD Coach Academy and continue to grow my expertise through ongoing professional development. My passion for ADHD and executive function coaching comes from both professional study and personal experience as a parent of a child with ADHD. With a B.A. in Severe Special Needs Education and an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, coaching felt like a natural progression for me.
Through my work, I help individuals and families understand the uniquely wired ADHD brain, navigate executive function challenges, build effective strategies, develop supportive habits, and move toward the life they want to live.
