Stop “Should-ing” yourself.
It’s time to SUCCEED with ADHD and other Executive Function Challenges, not fight against them.
Self-help books and quick fixes may provide temporary relief, but daily demands at work, home, and in relationships often lead us back to feelings of overwhelm. The good news is you don’t have to stay stuck.
Coaching can help you:
Boost productivity and manage tasks and projects.
Improve communication and strengthen relationships.
Create balance between work, family, and personal life.
Build organization systems across all areas of life.
Reduce overwhelm and experience confidence.
Manage time to stay on top of your day, week, and beyond.
"Kristine changed my life! Kristine was referred to me by my therapist. We worked on many areas of my life such as attention control, problem solving, sleep management, nutrition and exercise, emotional control, motivation management, being disciplined, increasing productivity, and organizational skills. The knowledge I gained in all of these areas allowed me to create the change I was looking for. Kristine is very professional, dedicated, and I have learned so much from her. I highly recommend Kristine!”
—Sharon, Wisconsin
“I found Kristine’s coaching focus, operating from a place of core value, mindfulness, and scheduling the next action steps, to be extremely helpful toward my objective for the coaching process. Kristine had an incredible way to effectively convey relevant knowledge and insight in a fashion that was easy to swallow and understand. One of the most amazing aspects of the coaching process was the coach's ability to guide me into my own “aha moments” and draw relevant conclusions on things. Those were extraordinarily powerful and allowed me to make the shift(s) that was necessary for personal growth.”
—Matt, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Kristine. I received my ADHD coach training from the ADD Coach Academy and continue to grow my expertise through ongoing professional development. My passion for ADHD and executive function coaching comes from both professional study and personal experience as a parent of a child with ADHD. With a B.A. in Severe Special Needs Education and an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, coaching felt like a natural progression for me.
Through my work, I help individuals and families understand the uniquely wired ADHD brain, navigate executive function challenges, build effective strategies, develop supportive habits, and move toward the life they want to live.
